Born and raised in North Carolina, Eric is a distinguished graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Since 1998, Eric has been a Realtor in the Palm Beaches and specializes in revitalized Intracoastal historic communities, downtown neighborhoods and oceanfront condominiums. He prides himself on being able to deliver up-to-date market analyses, the latest market trends and industry government knowledge to help his clients make key decisions for their future.
Eric, a former President of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, currently serves as their Chairman of Government Affairs, YPN Committee, and the Finance Committee. He has served as a Florida Realtors Director since 2005. During his involvement at RAPB, Eric has been awarded the Rising Star Award (2000), numerous Presidential Awards (2008, 2010 and 2011) and Realtor of the Year in 2010. At Florida Realtors, Eric is currently the PAC Trustee for District 3, serves on the Nominating Committee and Executive Committee and is the Chair of Legislative & Political Forum. Eric has served Florida Realtors on many committees, PAGs and subcommittees; including, Public Policy Chair, Key Contact for Senator Aronberg, Senator Benaquisto, Representative Abbruzzo and as his District Vice President. In 2010, Eric was honored as the Realtor Associate of the Year for Florida Realtors (over 112K members). On the national level, Eric serves on the State & Local Issues Committee, Public Policy Coordinating Committee and as the Vice Chairman of the Legislative & Political Forum. He was chosen as one of seventeen members from throughout the county (over 1M members) to take part in the Leadership Academy from which he graduated in May 2012.
