Finding the right home can be overwhelming and mind-numbing, which is why Eric Sain is the perfect Realtor. Smart, funny, self-assured and completely knowledgeable about all the niches of the Palm Beach County real estate market, Sain has been committed to South Florida since 1998, when he moved to West Palm Beach. “My parents still live in Hickory,” says Sain, who grew up in North Carolina, surrounded by working farms, pretty furniture and rolling countryside.
Today, all the layers of his life seem to have made way for Sain’s real estate instincts and intuitions. He has an ear for listening and an eye for finding the perfect gem - or diamond in the rough, if that’s your dream. Sain loves all architecture: Mid-Century Modern, Mediterranean, Craftsman. Indeed, he’s renovated several historic homes of his own near downtown West Palm Beach.
Before falling in love with real estate, Sain worked out of Nashville, Tennessee as a professional dancer, in theatre, stage and film; with many well-known performers, like Shania Twain, Dolly Parton, the Mandrells, Gregory Hines, Lucy Arnez and many more. He studied broadcast communications at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill (GO TARHEELS!) while taking ample courses in art and architecture. “I really believe that real estate is a marriage of those two things,” he says.
A proud, successful businessman who grew from modest means, Sain also recognizes the importance of community. “Giving back is what makes a city your town,” he says. Through the years, he’s served as President of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and held several prominent positions with the National Association of Realtors, most recently elected by his peers as the 2018 President Elect for Florida Realtors (over 175K members) and is a graduate of the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, a very elite group of fewer than one ten-thousandth (.0001%) of the over one million members.
When he’s not studying market trends and availability, Sain loves visiting the Norton Museum of Art, enjoying the city’s great restaurants and spending time at the local dog park with his beloved Wheaton Terrier, Oliver Reagan. “All my life, I’ve just enjoyed helping people,” he says, “Real estate is a PERFECT career for me and I hope to help you find the perfect home to fit your lifestyle."
