About Eric:

Eric is honored to have served as the 2009 President of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, representing his Board at the Regional Multiple Listing Service and a Key Contact for State Senator Dave Aronberg. Eric Sain has been selling real estate in the Palm Beaches since 1999. Eric was named “Rookie of the Year” by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches in 2000. This comes as no surprise to the people that know Eric, as he has been a leader in everything he engages. He cut his teeth in the Palm Beach real estate market with Coldwell Banker Intracoastal. Eric was a consistent top multi-million dollar producer and in 2004, he had the most single-family home listings in the intracoastal office.

Eric has his finger on the pulse of the real estate market in the Palm Beaches, and envisioned the changing demographics in our area. West Palm Beach neighborhoods have witnessed phenomenal yearly increases as well as a building boom not seen since the 1920s, transforming our skyline. Palm Beach is enjoying a younger clientele gravitating to our island paradise. “There are incredible deals to be made in any market”, says Eric, “you just need an agent that knows how to find them.” While the market is changing dramatically on a monthly basis, Eric decided to join the leader in real estate for the Palm Beaches, the Corcoran Group, because of their outstanding ability to handle the demands of the marketplace.

The Corcoran Group has been well know for 30 years, specializing in New York City (Manhattan and Brooklyn) and Long Island (the Hamptons, North Fork, and Shelter Island). The Corcoran Group Palm Beach recently acquired Paulette Koch Real Estate and McCann, Coyner, & Clarke to become the largest brokerage in Palm Beach. Eric explains the New York City, Hamptons, and Palm Beach connection is strong, with many clients owning properties in all three markets. The Corcoran Group is thrilled to have Eric on board. Eric looks forward to expanding his business in West Palm Beach as well as growing his Palm Beach market.

Eric’s leadership and commitment to his profession are evident to all who meet him. Some of his real estate involvement includes:

Eric is also very active in our communities and local charities. Eric is a member of the Flamingo Park, Sunshine Park, Grandview Heights, and Magnolia Court Homeowners Associations.
